Sermon Title:  "The Other Side of the Great Ordeal"
Sermon Synopsis:   In today’s sermon, on this All Saints’ Day just before the election, we will be exploring what it means to live out the Beatitudes – to embrace humility, to seek peace, to know what it is to experience loss as well as divine comfort, to know social injustice and persecution while seeking righteousness.  Through John’s vision on Patmos, we will examine how God sees a world of inclusivity, diversity, and unity contrasted with how we see the world and what it will be like on the other side when we have come out of the “great ordeal.”
